However, there is a systematic approach to assess its likelihood of success in implementing TQM provides an early sign for actions. Below are a set of questionnaires to assess 5 critical success factors for a Implementing Total Quality Management in an organization. It is a simple and direct questions asked to draw the readiness of an organization in its sate of preparedness. The questions should be answer in a skill of 0 to 10, being 0 is the lowest score and 10 is the highest score. when allocating score, the instantaneous answer in mind should be taken instead of think through too thoroughly. Assuming that you are a leader of this organization, a common question you probably asked would be: "How do I know whether my organization is successful in implementing TQM?" TQM implementation has been in my mind for a long time and I wondered how to measure the success of TQM implementation in an organization. Six sigma can be described as a set of concepts and methodologies that aim at achieving near-perfect business processes wherein the total number of defects never exceeds 3.4 per million opportunities that exist for such defects to occur. When an organization achieves such high levels of efficiency, it automatically leads to a substantial reduction in operating costs, necessary for improving profit margins and retaining the competitive edge in the marketplace.
